Customer Relationship Policy~

We like to build a life-time business relationship with our customers. We follow "Once a Customer, A Customer for Life Time" approach. For that reason we do everything which is needed to keep our customers satisfy. We take customer complaints very seriously and try resolving it on priority basis. If we need to describe our Customer Relationship policy in only one sentence it would be "We want to make people happy doing business with us."

Marketing and Sales Policy~

  Our each marketing and sales activity follows the given guideline:

• Understand Customer's need clearly, guide them about all possible solutions and help them to choose a suitable option.
• Inform customers about all costs including up front costs, future costs and running costs, if any.
• Never convey wrong information and never make false commitment to customers about our services and products.
• Never mislead customers about our competitors.

Designing Policy~

  Our Design Process follows the given guideline:

• Interpret Customer's requirement clearly. Study his business trade also, as every industry has different design patterns.
• Not just design as per customer's requirement and his industry's design pattern but understand the purpose and the goal behind the given task and design to achieve that goal.
• While designing a website mind the time it takes to load completely and try to keep it as low as possible. We understand that long loading usually make negative impact on visitor and annoy them.
• Maintain balance between design and content, as bright and heavy designs destroy the importance of content.
• Create unique designs for every customer. Any design created for one customer will never be replicated or altered for other customers for any reason.
